Roraima group of companies was formed in august 1992 by captain gerald gouveia and his wife captain debra gouveia, both are experienced aviators and have airline transport pilot licenses for fixed-winged aircraft. captain gerald gouveia spent twelve of his formative years in the army air corps, serving as training officer and subsequently chief pilot, before resigning in december 1987.
